Biografija

Dragana Prokin je rođena 1.06.1963. godine u Paraćinu, gde je završila osnovnu i srednju školu matematičko-tehničkog usmerenja. Diplomirala je 12.02.1988. na smeru Elektronika Elektrotehničkog fakulteta u Beogradu, sa temom “Procesiranje signala homomorfnim filtriranjem”. Magistrirala je sa prosečnom ocenom 10,00 na smeru Elektronika Elektrotehničkog fakulteta u Beogradu 03.11.1995. sa temom “Primena mikrokontrolera u industrijskim uređajima za merenje protoka fluida”. Doktorsku disertaciju sa temom “Brzi rank filtar sa bitskim sekvencijalnim izlazom” odbranila je 14.07.2011. godine na smeru Elektronika Elektrotehničkog fakulteta u Beogradu.

Od 1988. do aprila 2002. godine bila je zaposlena u Institutu “Mihajlo Pupin” u Beogradu. U statusu vodećeg istraživača radila je na razvoju, projektovanju i realizaciji mikroprocesorski upravljanih uređaja za merenje neelektričnih veličina električnim putem. Takođe je aktivno učestvovala u istraživačkim projektima finansiranim od strane Republičkog fonda za tehnološki razvoj i Ministarstva za nauku i tehnologiju vezanim za razvoj novih familija inteligentnih mernih instrumenata, sa posebnim akcentom na razvoj univerzalnog hardvera za digitalnu obradu signala sa senzora primenom programabilnih komponenata visokog stepena integracije.

Od 2000. do aprila 2002. godine bila je angažovana kao spoljni saradnik u Višoj elektrotehničkoj školi u Beogradu na predmetima Mikroračunari, Primena računara, Impulsna i digitalna elektronika i Digitalna integrisana elektronika. U aprilu 2002. godine zasnovala je radni odnos  u zvanju višeg predavača. Zvanje profesora dobila je 2012. godine. Kao predmetni profesor na osnovnim studijama drži nastavu iz: Arhitekture i organizacije računara 1, Merenja 1, Merenja 2 i Programabilnih logičkih kola. Na master studijama drži nastavu iz Projektovanja elektronskih uređaja i Digitalnih sistema u programabilnoj logici.

Odlukom Komisije za sticanje naučnih zvanja Elektrotehničkog fakulteta u Beogradu, stekla je zvanje naučni saradnik 27.09.2017. godine.

Autor je i koautor 7 novih tehničkih i razvojnih rešenja (kategorije M80), koja su verifikovana od strane Ministarstva prosvete, nauke i tehnološkog razvoja: 3 nova proizvoda uvedena u proizvodnju na međunarodnom nivou, 2 programska sistema na međunarodnom nivou i 2 prototipa na osnovu nove metode.
