Requirements:
Goal: Students are introduced to the advanced techniques of using audio and video devices and systems.
Outcome: At the end of this course students will have advanced theoretical and practical knowledge about audio and video devices and systems used in audio and video production process.
Contents of the course
Theoretical instruction:
  1. Audio studio: production parts and organization.
  2. Radio: history, technology and modern organization.
  3. Audio recording in exterior conditions.
  4. TV studio production systems (informative and entertainment program) 1: technology and organization.
  5. TV studio production systems (informative and entertainment program) 2: technology and organization.
  6. TV recording in exterior conditions (sports and concerts) 1: technology and organization.
  7. TV recording in exterior conditions (sports and concerts) 2: technology and organization.
  8. Internet radio.
  9. Internet television.
  10. Audio and video streaming to social networks.
  11. Multimedia systems in theatre.
  12. Audio and video systems for conferences.
  13. Audio and video systems for concerts.
  14. Communication in audio and video systems: technology and realization.
  15. Production audio and video systems: organization and stuff structure.
Practical instruction (Problem solving sessions/Lab work/Practical training):
  1. Practical exercises fully follow the lectures throughout working with audio and video production devices and systems to illustrate the content of theoretical lessons.
