Goal: The aim of this course is to acquire knowledge and practical skills in the field of management theory and practice.
Outcome: By mastering this subject, students understand the complexity of concepts: planning, organizing, staffing, management, control, teamwork, employee motivation, product life cycle, but also understand the importance of developing managerial skills, through the application of managerial techniques and methods. Also, upon mastering the course, students understand the role of the information system in the context of decision support and are trained to apply practical management methods in making business decisions.

  10. 10. Market and it's features
  11. 11. Sales and propaganda (marketing).
  12. 12. Business policy and TQM. Technological development of enterprises and changes.
  13. 13. Life cycle of products. Life cycle of companies.
  14. 14. Business expenses and business indicators.
  15. 15. Information system of the company.
Practical instruction (Problem solving sessions/Lab work/Practical training):
  1. Enterprise as an entity. Functions in the company and examples of organizational structures. Strategic elements organizations. Hierarchy of plans. Application of benchmarking and brainstorming. Analysis of the external environment (PESTEL analysis, Porter's 5 forces), Internal environment analysis, SWOT analysis, TOWS analysis. Pareto principle. ABC analysis. Ishikawa diagram. Sales plan. Business expenses. Performance parameters companies.
